We group compatible requests. Coordination validates providers, price and held capacity.
Payment and confirmation
With clear terms, 100% payment opens. Departure is confirmed once the paid minimum and remaining checks are satisfied.
Do not buy non-refundable flights or transfers until final confirmation. Local transfers are proposed through third parties; flights are not included.
Before you decide
What if the group is not completed?
Options are reviewed within the deadline: complete the group, reschedule with consent, or cancel with the applicable refund. Funds are not held indefinitely.
What if weather changes?
Each component is reviewed according to cause and safety. There is no automatic 50% retention or mandatory voucher.
Can I travel in English?
The site is bilingual. Each provider’s English support must be confirmed before payment.
